Well, I have the .com - and now I'm having trouble moving everything there.  Yay... ~_~  I'll keep working on it.  In the mean time.  Great things are happening with the Shrivastava story.  I've even begun fleshing out more of Tales of Trugan.  So despite my gloomy self I've been rather creative.  Still upset at night.  Lonely really.  It's been hard not being to share what I've been doing with my work.  I'll keep reaching out... Someone out there might finally notice me.  ^_^'

I joined a new art website y!gallery.  I've already found some interesting people and received quite a bit of feedback already.  It feels nice to be noticed.  Nice to make people smile...drool, cum - whatever. LOL

I've actually been more active on the site than it appears.  I suppose I should update.  My trip to Japan as come and gone.  For some reason I've been really hesitant to talk about it.  Perhaps I'm being too hard on myself about not visiting all the places I wanted to.  I was overjoyed to be there again.  So many familiar and unfamiliar things.  I forgot it had been 7 years since my last visit and a few things around Shinagawa had changed!

I've been trying to bolster my recent Muse attack and write/draw as it comes to me.  I've posted quite a few new drawings on my DeviantArt gallery and Paperdemon gallery.  I really should design a new gallery for this page.  I need to dedicate some money in to a getting a website with more bandwidth, etc.  I'm actually at the max for content.  So I have to get on top of that!

I'm pumped about the onslaught of movies coming out this summer.  Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Dark Knight, WALL-E, Harry Potter to name a few.

I've been feeling rather inspired of late so I jumped on the chance to begin the final chapter of Shrivastava - I call it Obsession.  I just picked the progression of titles to astound you with S sounds.  Heh!  This part will feature Nehra's ascent to the throne.  I will post it soon.  I still haven't wrapped up the ending sequence of events.  Stay tuned!

I am completely intoxicated by images of power.  Especially in those that are attached to the masculine archetype.  I saw the movie Fantastic 4 - Rise of the Sliver Surfer and I found myself blissfully drunk by the stage presence of Norrin Radd.  Naturally he is presented with a flawless male physique (Doug Jones – Pan’s Labyrinth) with a sonorous, albeit sultry, masculine voice.  (Lawrence Fishbourne) His strait forward and brutal honesty is infectious.  His final sacrifice is simply romantic.  Then again my sense of dizzying euphoria might also be due to withdrawals I’m having since I forgot to take my medicine this morning.  Heh, nonetheless I am reminded of my past loves.  I am reminded of those past images of power that have brought me to this place in my artistic, creative life.  They still influence me and help mold my stories and my art.

[ If you're curious my most recent love are the vicious Yautja.  For those who are unfamiliar with the term, the Yautja are the star creatures of the Predator movies.  After reading a AvP novel many years ago (and my extensive comic book collection) I learned quite a bit about them. They are also a part of my 'addiction'.  The recent movies do them NO justice.  They are a intellectual and proud race and would never let themselves me defiled by the 'hard meat' or xenomorphs. But that's another discussion. ]

 It might also explain my inability to mesh with the mortals out there. (Namely, men)  Shame on me for getting caught up in my fantasy’!!  I often ponder an existence in which those things come true.  And I do realize the complexity of it all.   When mulling over those scenarios it is often frustrating, not to mention disappointing, as my logic sets in. 

In the mean time I will bask in the smooth silvery revere that is…Norrin Radd.

My bestest friend Tim gave me great input about my story/art/website and I agree with a lot of what he suggested.  Thanks Tim! You're awesome. (You're still a punk, but your awesome).  Anyway - There are lots of updates all over the web site.  More detailed bio's of some cast members such as Tamalia, Tsubotai, Draga, Togani and Eristock.  A muchly needed brief outline of the Trugan story is also at the top of the Cast page. Sadly I have no new art to add, but that may change with this burst of inspiration!

I'm not sure what I want to with the web site.  I really want to share more of my work, but it seems plagiarism and copyright infringement are rampant.  I find it truly depressing that people in the U.S. steal others ideas and concepts simply cause they can. I know this can happen anywhere in the world, but it seems to be some sick tradition here. I will do my best to safeguard my work.  I am starting to watermark my drawings and keep tabs on the writing I post. *sigh*

On a positive note I went through the Shrivastava outline and fine tuned a few things.  Mostly around the point where Hahtra finds Nehra again.  Seems I left out a few details I feel need to be mentioned.

Had some computer difficulties of late. I finally found a way to recover my files from my external HD. I was sooo mad when it stopped working.  I was scared I'd lost all my work AGAIN to some faulty disc. Oh, and I was fired from my job. (Good riddance) I'm moving out of my money pit of a house and I'm simplifying my life.  It's about damn time!!  *sigh*

As you can read...it's April.  I landed a promising job interview, Unfortunately it's still dealing with animals.  Fortunately it pays $11 per hour!! So I'm really pumped.  I really need this kind of income.  REALLY.  This may help me get a hold on my finances so I can get back to focusing on my art and this web site.  I'm very optimistic!!

New Years came and went.  Things have been quiet on the social level.  Not very people I want to spend time with.  I suppose that's because I'm dealing with some personal issues.  Nothing too serious, I'm just realizing how old I am and long it's been... (since my mother died).  It's been a flat line on the Creative front.  *sigh*  I've just been wrapped up in other things.  I've also been delaying the inevitable by not looking in to how much I really lost when my external HD crapped out.

My birthday came and went.  I'm 27 years old.  Does that sound old?  I guess I shouldn't worry about it.  I don't feel old.  I'll get back with you when my 35. ^_^ Updated my front page link to Paperdemon.com.  Sue has a great site, I spend quite a bit of time there. 

Bad news:  My external hard drive pooped out on me.  I lost A LOT of stuff. I'm trying to keep it cool.  It's been a few weeks and I've managed not to get  too freaked.  Luckily a lot of my writing has been printed out.  *sigh*

Good News! I quit my job! LOL!  Yeah, well...different people, same shit! I have another job lined up this time. I'll be an animal attendant again. (University Health Science Center) I'll make a tad bit more than I'm making now. I really wanted to use my time at St. Phillips to get some classes for free. Once again my restless spirit compels me to 'get the hell out'!
